The Hanging Tree Bracelet

This was one of the first bracelets that I actually made for myself, and not a client. One day I was listening to "Hanging Tree" by Blackmore's Night, and just started weaving. The final product of the evening became this bracelet.

When stretched out, it reminds me of a twisted and weathered tree trunk; full of age and wisdom. Each time I wear it around my wrist, I feel like I'm wrapped in the vines that wrap around some of my favourite trees in the forest.
